5 Bylaws Not Yet Ratified

We only leave five bylaws. I thanked the old councils who have done a good job and devoted themselves to Jakarta residents

Although the duty of the members of Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) period 2009-2014 is completed, but they have not been completed all yet. From target, they only completed 81 out of 86 bylaws. That means, five others must be completed by new DPRD members period 2014-2019.

Former Head of Jakarta DPRD, Ferrial Sofyan disclosed the remaining five bylaws will be completed in the next period. Nevertheless, he has done best.

Legislative Council Ratified 6 Bylaws

"We only leave five bylaws. I thanked the old councils who have done a good job and devoted themselves to Jakarta residents," he stated, after taking the oath of the members of Jakarta DPRD 2014-2019, Monday (8/25).

According to him, more than 90 percent of council works were done well. He hoped the next period could be much better. "I hope the next legislative members can do work well in future," he hoped.

But he did not tell the unfinished five bylaws. Meanwhile, at the end of his term, six bylaws already been ratified simultaneously. 

These are bylaws that have been ratified, as follow:

-Bylaw No. 4/1991 on Jakarta Capital Investment on PT Jaya Ancol Formation

-Bylaw No. 1/1999 on Conversion of the Law on Jakarta Regional Development Bank from Regional Company Becomes PT Jakarta Regional Development Bank.

-Bylaw No. 4/2014 on Formation of the Regional-Owned Enterprises PT Jakarta Transportation,

-Bylaw on Regional Apparatus Organization

-Bylaw No. 12/2014 on Jakarta Provincial Government Equity for PT Jakarta Propertindo

-Bylaw No. 2/2009 on Pasar Jaya Regional Company.

-2014 APBD Bylaw

-Bylaw of Provincial Spatial Planning (RTRW)

-Bylaw of Transportation

-Bylaw of BUMD Transjakarta

-Bylaw on Regional Apparatus Organization

-Bylaw on Advertisement Organization

-Bylaw No. 3/2012 on Regional Retribution

-Bylaw No. 8/2010 on Motor Vehicle Tax

-Bylaw No. 13/2010 on Entertainment Tax

-Bylaw of Jakarta Islamic Development

-Bylaw on System of Bus Rapid Transit Management
